Main lodge. (330m²)

Well build large upmarket main lodge building, well kept under thatch with all amenities in place overlooking a water hole.  Very large entertainment area, well equipped kitchen, dining and outside living space. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, large deck and a bar seating 18 people.

Separate storage building with 15,000 litre water tanks. Irrigation system

5 Large chalets compliment the main building spaced for privacy but yet very cosy and private.

The main lodge also has an office cum reception building, laundry and one separate Ph. or guide bedroom adjoining.

Own helipad for daytime use only

Two elevated “thatched hides” and two ground blinds for game watching

Six (6) animal pens (625m²) where animals can be kept before transportation or any other reason (sick). Each pen has water and feeding troughs with shelter and irrigation

AIRFIELD.

Well maintained ± 1,8km airfield and helicopter landing pad next to the 625m ² hangar.

Generator Room with 4 pressure pumps and 30 000-liter eco tanks. Connections and taps at generator room which supplies water to the manager’s house and to the sheds. It has a 50 KVA generator.

There is an additional storage facility (40 m2) also with 30 000 eco litre tanks on tap which supplies water to 8 breeding camps on the farm.

SLAUGHTER AND COOLING FACILITIES.

3 X Slaughter facilities.  4 x Cool rooms with 1 x Freezer room.

TREES AND VEGETATION.

Acacia varieties, Camel thorn, Buffalo Thorn, Leadwood, Terminalia, Raisin bush and Acacia Vachellia (kirkii) also known as floodplain Acacia, Red Bush willow.

Grasses comprise Buffalo varieties, Eragrostis, coach and edible mixtures.

TOPOGRAPHY AND VELD.

Flat to slightly sloping with sweetveld on clay, sandy and sandy loam types of soil.
